What is your payment and cancellation policy?
✔ Reservation: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Payment: The remaining balance will be charged to the approved payment after service completion.
Cancellation: Cancellations made 24+ hours before service receive a full deposit refund. (See Full Terms Here)
How much does a cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on size, condition, and the type of cleaning requested.
Estimate Accuracy (Photos & Videos)
For a faster and more accurate estimate, we recommend sending clear photos or a short video of the areas/items that need cleaning. This helps us assess the job properly, reduce unnecessary travel and inspection costs, and often allows us to offer better pricing.

What's the difference between Regular, Deep, and Move In/Move Out Cleaning?
✔ Regular Cleaning: is for homes that are already maintained and cleaned on a recurring basis. (Weekly/Bi/weekly)
✔ Deep Cleaning-Ideal for homes without a professional cleaning for over 4 weeks: includes extra detail work to remove built-up dirt, dust, and grime throughout the home.
✔Move In/Move Out Cleaning: is our most detailed service, designed for empty homes and includes cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, and other accessible interior spaces.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients provide a door code, garage code, or key, and we'll securely lock up and notify you when the service is complete.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and let us know your concerns. We'll review them with you and work together to find the best solution.
Our goal is to ensure you're happy with the service you received.
Do you guarantee all stains/**odors will be removed? (upholstery/carpet cleaning)
We remove most stains/odors, but not all can be fully eliminated. Some substances can permanently damage or discolor the fibers.
Results also depend on the material and age of the fabric. Additionally, wear and tear from regular use or heavy foot traffic can affect the overall appearance, even after cleaning.
In some cases, the final outcome can only be determined during or after the cleaning process.
Do you move furniture? (upholstery/carpet cleaning)
We can move light furniture such as dining chairs, end tables, and nightstands, as long as they are completely cleared off.
For safety reasons, we do not move items with electronics or fragile objects, and we do not move heavy furniture such as beds, sectionals, or dressers.
